ClearCompany regularly enhances ClearInsights to improve reporting, visibility, and usability. Below you will find what enhancements have been made.

01/15/26 Enhancements
AI Notetaker Liveboard & Interview + Time-to-Feedback Liveboard
We’ve added new Liveboards to help you better understand interview activity, feedback speed, and the value of AI Notetaker. These Liveboards provide visibility into efficiency, coverage, and time savings across your hiring process.
- AI Notetaker Prebuilt Liveboard: The AI Notetaker Liveboard gives recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders visibility into how AI Notetaker is being used and the value it provides. This Liveboard appears only if your organization is using AI Notetaker. For more information, refer to AI Notetaker Prebuilt Liveboard Overview.
- Interview + Time-to-Feedback Liveboard: The Interviews + Time-to-Feedback Liveboard focuses on interview activity and feedback timing across your hiring process. For more information, refer to Interview & Time-to-Feedback Prebuilt Liveboard Overview.
Enhancements to Liveboard Styling and Grouping Answers
You can now further customize how Liveboards are organized and displayed to make insights easier to scan and interpret.
These enhancements include:
Grouping related answers together on a Liveboard
Customizing Liveboard background and group colors
Choosing curved or sharp answer corners
Showing or hiding group titles, answer titles, and descriptions

Enhancements to Customizing Answers
Answer customization options are now easier to discover and use through updated UI interactions.
You can quickly customize:
Chart type and layout
Columns and data display
X-axis and Y-axis settings
Data labels, tooltips, and legends
Display and query options
Customization controls are now accessible directly from the answer header, reducing the need to navigate into configuration panels.

12/4/25 Enhancements
Change Analysis in ClearInsights Agent
With ClearInsights Max, you can now utilize the full power of our Change Analysis to drill deeper into candidate behavior with the ClearInsights Agent by simply asking 'why.' The Agent will run a Change Analysis based on the request and return Information about how it analyzed data to ensure it understood the request.

Enhancements to Liveboard Share
Shared Liveboards are now independent of their originals. Changes made to the original Liveboard no longer affect shared versions, ensuring consistency for recipients while allowing owners to continue making updates.

10/23/25 Enhancements
ClearInsights Safe Mode
As a user of ClearInsights, when undergoing maintenance, ClearInsights enters Safe Mode. During this time, users can still view content and interact with the conversational agent, but all content creation and editing capabilities are temporarily disabled. This prevents any unsaved changes or data loss, ensuring a smooth experience once maintenance is complete.

What You Can Do In Safe Mode:
- View Existing Liveboards and Answers
- Use the conversation agent to explore and view insights
What You Cannot Do in Safe Mode
- To prevent unsaved changes and data loss, the following actions are disabled during maintenance:
- Creating or editing Liveboards or Answers
- Saving or pinning content
- Sharing Liveboards or Answers (creating a new share). Note: Users can still view shared Liveboards and Answers; they just cannot create or edit new shares.
- Updating user groups
- Provisioning new users

Before: The “Total Count Candidate ID” on the Data Table included candidates in the “Prospect” Macro Stage.
- After: Candidates in this stage have been removed from the count.

Before: Both “Posting Status (public)” and “Posting Status (internal)” were only displaying “Null” or “Not Posted” values.
- After: The correct posting status is shown “Posted” or “Not Posted”.

Candidate Counts in Macro Stage Are Now Current for Open Requisitions Liveboard
- Before: The data table on the open requisitions liveboard included macro stage counts of all candidates that were ever in each macro stage.
- After: The data table on the open requisitions liveboard includes macro stage counts of candidates that are currently in each macro stage.
Requisitions with 0 Candidates Now Included
- Before: Data tables that listed reqs excluded reqs without candidates, which caused data gaps.

After: Reqs with zero candidates now appear in relevant data tables, ensuring complete visibility. Liveboards that are affected:
- Open Requisitions
- Requisition Data
- Gender Diversity - Pipeline
“No Role” Data Now Appears in Open Requisition Liveboard
- Before: In Open Requisition Liveboard → “Openings and Average Days Open by Role”, data with “No Role” were excluded.
- After: This data now appears, ensuring full visibility across all role types — including those without a defined role.
