Purpose
The Candidate data provides an overview of all candidates and where each candidate lives within their respective candidacies across requisitions. Candidate-specific time to hire and time to fill information is visible, as well as many requisition data points.
Considerations
- Candidates are included in the Liveboard only after completing at least one step of the application. If a candidate starts an application (apply date) but abandons it, they will not appear in the Liveboard.
- If they return later and complete a step, they will then appear, using their original apply date.
- Imported and manually created candidates are included in the liveboard. The Apply Date is the date created.
Default Filters
- Time Frame: Last 90 Days.
- Data Source: Apply Date.
Important Note: The data source in which this report is filtered cannot be changed; however, you can adjust the report's time period.
