ClearInsights Basics

  1. To access ClearInsights, navigate to the Tools menu and select ClearInsights. ClearInsights Option.png
  2. On the top bar where it mentions "Insights In.." you can select the type of report you would like to see, the options are Recruiting, Performance, People Analytics, Engagement, and Other. See below for more information on the reports that are available. ClearInsights Dropdown.png

Permissions

The reports a user can access depend on their permission level. The recruiter's permission is required to view the ClearInsights option.

People Analytics is an add-on feature. Only users with HR Admin permission will have access to these reports.
