Purpose
The Requisition Data liveboard serves as a reference tool for stakeholders involved in the recruitment process to see details pertaining to any requisition in the system. The liveboard is ideal for clients who prefer to export their requisition data for further analysis and manipulation outside of ClearCompany. It is especially beneficial for clients with advanced Excel skills, as it includes a wide range of data points.
What kind of questions can this liveboard answer?
- What is the budget allocation for each requisition and how does it compare to the actual costs incurred during the recruitment process?
- Which hiring managers are associated with each requisition and how many does each manager have open?
- How many active candidates are currently associated with each open requisition?
- How many requisitions are open to backfill previous employees?
- How many job requisitions are in progress, and what is the distribution among departments and offices?
Default Filters
Time Frame: Requisitions opened in the last 90 days.
