F.A.Q.

What is the difference between current open requisitions vs. newly opened?

Current open is the number of open requisitions right now, where as newly opened tells us how many of those were opened in the specified time period.

For example, you could have 200 open requisitions right now, but only 10 of those were opened in the last 90 days.

What is the difference between Offer Letters Sent and Offer Made on the Count of Candidate Processing Activities chart?
Offer Letters Sent count the number of offer letters generated and sent to a candidate for review and signature. Offer Made indicated the number of candidates who were moved into a micro workflow stage under the offer macro workflow stage.
What activities are counted in the actively sourced candidate processing activities?

Actively sourced are candidates that were manually uploaded into the system by someone. Those actions that are captured are:

  • The add candidate form.
  • Manual resume upload by a recruiter.
  • Candidate import.
  • Imported from LinkedIn.
What does the Opened activity indicate on the count of requisition activities chart?
This indicates the number of requisitions that were open, and not posted within your system.
What counts as ‘Reviewed’ when it comes to a candidate activity?
It’s the action when a user moves the candidate out of the “new applicants” macro stage.
