Purpose
The AI Notetaker Prebuilt Liveboard provides recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders with visibility into AI Notetaker adoption, efficiency, and return on investment. It measures credit usage, interview coverage, estimated time savings, and feedback speed to help prove value and guide optimization decisions

- Is AI Notetaker being adopted consistently across the organization?
- How many interviews used AI Notetaker during a specific time period?
- Which months had the highest or lowest AI Notetaker adoption?

Credits Used
- A credit is generated when an Interview Schedule ID is created.
- For single interviews, this occurs once the candidate confirms a time.
- For multi-interviews, it is generated as soon as the multi-interview is assigned.
Important
If an interview is scheduled but not attended and not cancelled, it will still count toward usage-related KPIs in this Liveboard. In these cases, a scheduled interview may appear in usage metrics even if no transcription was generated.
How Much Time Was Transcribed?
Sums the total duration of interviews with AI Notetaker enabled. Values are rounded to the nearest whole number (e.g., 0.45 → 1, 0.44 → 0).
What is the Adoption of AI Notetaker?
Displays the percentage of interviews with AI Notetaker enabled.
How Much Time Was Saved Due to AI Notetaker?
- Calculates the estimated time saved by applying a constant rate of 20 minutes saved per hour of interview.
- Formula: Interview Duration × (20/60). For a ClearInsights Max customer, to use a different value than 20 minutes, you can duplicate the Liveboard and edit the formula.
- Values are rounded to the nearest whole number (0.45 → 1, 0.44 → 0).
- This uses the scheduled interview duration, not the actual time if the interview ran long or ended early.
What is the Avg. Time-to-Feedback With AI Notetaker?
- Measures the average time between the scheduled completion time of the interview (interview start + scheduled duration) and the completion of the scorecard.
- Time-to-feedback is based on the scheduled interview completion time, even if the interview ended earlier or ran long.
- Values are rounded to the nearest whole number.
- A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview time.
What is the Avg. Time-to-Feedback Trend (With vs. Without AI Notetaker)?
- Same calculation as above, but compares: Interviews with AI Notetaker and Interviews without AI Notetaker.
- All values are displayed in hours.
- A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview time.
What is the Adoption of AI Notetaker by Interviewers?
Shows the percentage of interviews with AI Notetaker enabled for each interviewer. Interview Method will only display "Video conference" or "manually-added link Virtual" because these are the only Interview Methods that allow AI Notetaker.
