Candidate and Requisition Custom Fields can also be included. To add custom fields, the prebuilt liveboard must be duplicated.

Attribute Origin Description
Requisition Title Requisition Requisition Title is populated from the requisition job title field.
Requisition ID Requisition

Depending on your system settings, requisition ID will be either the auto-populated requisition ID or the user-provided requisition ID.

When the auto-populate is enabled, ClearCompany assigns the ID upon the requisition's initial save. Requisition IDs must be unique across the organization and cannot be reused, even for unposted or deleted requisitions and templates.

For more information, refer to: ATS Settings: Requisitions.

Total Candidates Requisition This data point is pulled from the requisition dashboard and shows the total number of applicants, active or dispositioned.
Female/Male Application This data point is populated from the Gender System question that can be added to the application process. If the gender system question is not included in your organization's application(s) this data point will not be populated.
Not Specified Application If the gender system question is not included in your organization's application(s), candidates will fall into this column.

F.A.Q.

Does the gender identification chart include all candidates, active and inactive?

Yes. Active and inactive (dispositioned) candidates.

Is it correct that a single applicant could have multiple candidate IDs in the pie chart?

Yes, it is possible that a single candidate could be counted multiple times on this chart if they applied to multiple requisitions within the filter time criteria. If a candidate was forwarded from another requisition, they will also be counted multiple times in this chart.
