These Prebuilt Liveboards are tailored to specific business needs, offering key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that help you monitor metrics across your business in real-time. By leveraging these Liveboards, you'll gain actionable insights to inform your decision-making and drive growth.
Access to Prebuilt Liveboards
Prebuilt Liveboards that a user can access depend on their permission level.

Download Prebuilt Liveboards
You can download a PDF version that will include all charts and data for your Prebuilt Liveboard.
- Click the three dots at the top right corner.
- Click Download PDF.
Download Prebuilt Liveboard Answers
You can download individual charts, tables, and count totals within a Prebuilt Liveboard.
- Hover over one of the Answers. Click the three dots at the top right corner.
- Click Download.
- When prompted, select your download type. The options will be dependent on the Answer.
Adding Custom Fields to Prebuilt Liveboards
By default, prebuilt Liveboards do not include Custom Fields, but you can easily add these data points by duplicating a Prebuilt Liveboard.
- Access the Liveboard you want to add your Custom Fields to and click Duplicate.
- Give your new Liveboard a Name and Description. If you are using ClearInsights Essential, this cannot be updated once created.
- In your new Liveboard, you will now see your Custom Field appear as a new filter. To edit the filter, click the icon.
- Make your adjustments and click Save.
- By default, this duplicated Liveboard will only be visible to the person who created it. You can change these settings by clicking the Private Icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Permissions necessary to view the Liveboard. Click Save.
Editing & Saving Filters for Prebuilt Liveboards
While you can edit filters in Prebuilt Liveboards, changes cannot be saved. To save a specific set of Filters for a Prebuilt Liveboard, we will duplicate our prebuilt Liveboard and edit the filter settings there.
- Access the Liveboard you want to add your Custom Fields to and click Duplicate.
- Give your new Liveboard a Name and Description. If you are using ClearInsights Essential, this cannot be updated once created.
- In your new Liveboard, click the Filter you want to edit.
- Make any adjustments and click Apply.
- Your Liveboard will load with new data. Click Save View to save the filter updates.
- Give a name to your view, determine view access, and click Save.
- You can add multiple views that can be accessed via the dropdown. You can also Reset Liveboard to return to the default filters that were used in the original prebuilt Liveboard.
- By default, this duplicated Liveboard will only be visible to the person who created it. You can change these settings by clicking the Private Icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Permissions necessary to view the Liveboard. Click Save.
ClearInsights Prebuilt Liveboards FAQ
Prebuilt Liveboards are ready-to-use dashboards that show key Recruiting metrics. They're a quick way to explore your data and track performance without needing to build reports from scratch.
Access depends on your role. Right now, Prebuilt Liveboards are only available for Recruiting Analytics, and you’ll need Recruiter permissions to view them.
Yes. You can download the full Liveboard as a PDF, or download individual charts and tables in different formats like CSV or Excel.
You can’t edit the original, but you can duplicate it to make changes. In your copy, you can add filters, include Custom Fields, and save different views.
After duplicating, your Liveboard is private by default. To share it, click the Private icon and update the permissions to give others access.
