What are surveys?

ClearCompany's employee engagement survey offering, commonly referred to simply as 'Surveys',  includes 10+ industry-led pre-built templates, as well as the ability to build custom templates to match your own organization's needs.

These surveys can be sent to a select group of participants either via email or SMS text messages. Admins can adjust the email or text message to match their company branding. Administrators can also adjust the anonymity settings of the participant data gathered relative to their responses. Send the same survey periodically and analyze the changes in responses over time against company strategy and efforts.

  9. Employee Scheduling Satisfaction Survey: This survey helps when considering your nonexempt (hourly) workforce and scheduling, It is critical to understand how scheduling can impact workers at an individual and team level.
  10. Employee Work-Life Experience Survey: This survey helps when considering your workforce and scheduling, it is critical to understand how scheduling can impact workers and their work-life balance.
  11. Teamwork & Collaboration Survey: This survey helps to measure the effectiveness of team meetings, and the ability of team members to communicate effectively, share resources, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate respect while working towards a common goal.

Onboarding
  1. Onboarding Survey for New Hires: This survey helps find out how recent hires feel about your organization's onboarding and training process.
  2. New Hire Experience- First Week: This survey helps employers ensure the newly hired employees were greeted warmly, fostered relationships, and were given the guidance needed so that they felt like taking this new job was a great decision.
  3. New Hire Experience- First 90 Days: This survey helps to understand where the company excels and has opportunities to best acclimate new hires beyond the initial orientation day or week. Speak with employees to better understand their perspectives and explore possible modifications to the onboarding experience.
  4. New Hire Feedback Survey 2021: This survey helps to measure how new hires are fitting into your organization's culture and discover areas of strengths and opportunities in the onboarding process beyond the first week of orientation.

  7. Stay Motivators Survey: The purpose of this survey is to assess several areas including retention, motivation, and satisfaction of your employees on a continual basis.
