ClearCompany partnered with Change Cadet to provide a pre-built survey template and dashboard that support clients’ diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Through ClearCompany’s partnership with Change Cadet, clients have access to a pre-built survey template and a dedicated dashboard designed to support meaningful DEIB insights. The survey collects demographic data and employee sentiment, while the dashboard helps visualize trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Change Cadet Overview

Change Cadet is a change management and organizational development consulting firm that offers a broad array of services, including executive coaching, strategic planning, problem-solving, and facilitation in support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Change Cadet Survey Template

  The Change Cadet survey template is available to all clients utilizing the custom survey offering. *Contact your ClearCompany representative to confirm the details of your survey offering.

To preview the survey template:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Setup and select Templates from the Performance Setup column.

  2. In the ClearCompany Recommended Employee Survey Templates section find the Change Cadet survey.

  3. Select Preview to review the included questions.

    Select Copy to create an editable version of the template.

      Note: Copied templates will not connect to the stock Change Cadet Dashboard in ClearInsights.

Change Cadet Dashboard

In addition to the survey, you have access to a dedicated dashboard that displays collected survey data. While the dashboard cannot be edited, you can apply filters to view results by survey cycle.

To access the dashboard:

  1. Go to Tools > ClearInsights.
  2. Select the Engagement tab. Engagement.png
  3. Click Change Cadet Dashboard.
  4. The dashboard includes charts and visual summaries of survey responses. You can review high-level sentiment trends or apply filters to explore results from a specific survey cycle.

Change Cadet Services

As an additional service, Change Cadet can partner with organizations utilizing this pre-built survey template to provide further analysis of the data collected. The analysis includes a summary infographic and recommendations to inform your ongoing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy and efforts.

Change Cadet Dashboard Purpose

The purpose of the Change Cadet Dashboard is to help organizations better understand employee experiences and perceptions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. By combining demographic insights with sentiment data, the dashboard supports informed decision-making and strategic planning. These insights can help leaders identify strengths, uncover areas for improvement, and guide inclusive workplace initiatives. The dashboard also provides a consistent framework for measuring progress across survey cycles.

  1. What are the overall participation and completion rates for the Change Cadet DEIB survey?
  2. How do employee responses vary across demographic groups such as race, ethnicity, gender identity, role, or tenure?

Metrics Included

Attribute Description
Survey Cycle Name The title of the survey cycle. If not modified, the default title is Change Cadet | Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Survey.
Survey Review Template Title The title of the survey template used to create the survey cycle. If unchanged, the default title is Change Cadet | Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Survey.
Total Participants The total number of employees invited to participate in the survey.

Responses to the survey question:

"Please select the category that best describes your ethnic identity."
