What is the eNPS Pulse Surveys?

The eNPS Pulse Surveys consist of a single-item survey that asks how likely an employee is to recommend their employer as a place to work. It utilizes a 10-question scale. ClearCompany's Pulse Survey feature allows Survey Admins to enable simple and automated recurring surveys. These surveys are sent via email to employees, who can respond with a single click. Employees also have the option to provide additional anonymous feedback about changes they would like to see without requiring a login. For more information about our survey offerings, please reach out to your ClearCompany representative.

How are eNPS Pulse Surveys used?

When a Survey Admin initiates the survey, it becomes a recurring quarterly (every 90 days) eNPS pulse survey that is semi-anonymous, we only record department, office, and role only. The survey can be turned off at any point, but doing so will not interrupt an ongoing pulse survey cycle. A user with Survey Admin permission can view:

FAQ

If a survey is stopped at some point and then restarted, does the reporting still connect the past survey data with future cycles?

Yes, the system is designed to connect the data from past surveys to future cycles.

If a survey is stopped at some point and then restarted, is the schedule or cadence of the survey affected?
When the Pulse system is activated, a new 90-day cadence is set. It is not recommended to turn the system on and off. Pulse Surveys are designed to be left ON so that data is automatically collected every 90 days.
