Welcome to the January 2026 Product Release Bundle!

This release includes new automation, enhanced reporting, and expanded customization options designed to save time, improve visibility, and help you get more value from ClearCompany.

Enhancements:

Hiring Workflow Automation: Hiring Team Notifications

You can now automate hiring team email notifications directly within your hiring workflows. Recruiters no longer need to manually send updates when a candidate moves to a new stage—emails are sent automatically based on your workflow rules.

With this enhancement, you can:

Choose dynamic recipients, such as the recruiter, hiring manager, or assigned reviewers.
Choose fixed recipients by searching for users by name or email address.
Trigger emails automatically when a candidate reaches a specific stage.

All users appear in the recipient list, regardless of permissions. If a user does not have access to a candidate profile and clicks a link in the email, they are redirected to the dashboard.

This is the second of three releases aimed at adding more automated communication to the hiring workflow.

AI Notetaker and Interview + Time-to-Feedback Liveboards

We’ve added new Liveboards to help you measure interview performance, feedback speed, and the value of AI Notetaker. These Liveboards provide clear insights into efficiency, coverage, and time savings.

AI Notetaker Liveboard

The AI Notetaker Liveboard gives recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders visibility into how AI Notetaker is being used and the value it provides. This Liveboard appears only if your organization is using AI Notetaker.

With this Liveboard, you can:

Track AI Notetaker credit usage and interview coverage.
Measure time savings and process acceleration.
Monitor time-to-interview and feedback response times.
Evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.

Interviews + Time-to-Feedback

The Interviews + Time-to-Feedback Liveboard focuses on interview activity and feedback timing across your hiring process.

With this Liveboard, you can:

Track time-to-interview and feedback response times.
Monitor interview coverage and efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring speed.

Enhancements to Liveboard Styling and Grouping Answers

Organizations with ClearInsights Max can now personalize Liveboards with new styling and grouping features, including:

Group answers together on a Liveboard.
Change Liveboard background and group colors.
Choosing curved or sharp answer corners.
Showing or hiding group titles, answer titles, and descriptions.

These updates help create a clearer, more engaging reporting experience.

Enhancements to Customizing Answers

We’ve made it easier to discover and apply answer customization options through UI improvements.

Previously, many customization settings were hidden within configuration panels. Now, you can access customization options directly by hovering over answer settings.

You can quickly customize:

Chart type and layout
Columns and data display
X-axis and Y-axis settings
Data labels, tooltips, and legends
Query and display options
