RFF Mixed Mode | Top-level Page Header

What's New

A new top-level page header has been introduced for the main areas of the application (Recruiting, Me, Company, Team, and others). This replaces the legacy header in those contexts and adds tab-based secondary navigation, making it easier to move between sub-pages within each section.
The update is part of ClearCo's ongoing React modernization effort and is designed to coexist with existing page content during the transition; no existing routes or workflows are affected.

What's Included

  • New page header: A modernized React-based header for top-level application areas, aligned with ClearCompany's design system.
  • Tab secondary navigation: Tabs allow users to switch between sub-pages within the current section (for example, within Recruiting: Requisitions, Candidates; within Me: Dashboard, Goals). Active states and routing are fully integrated.
  • Backward compatibility: The updated header works in mixed Backbone/React mode. No breaking changes to existing top-level routes during rollout.

Predictive Index V2

What's New

ClearCompany has upgraded its Predictive Index integration from V1 to V2. This migration is required as Predictive Index is deprecating its V1 APIs, and all partners must move to V2. The upgrade delivers feature parity with V1, adds cognitive assessment support, and modernizes authentication for long-term extensibility.

What's Included

  • Cognitive Assessments: V2 adds full support for cognitive assessments alongside behavioral assessments. V1 supported behavioral only.
  • Webhook-Driven Updates: Assessment statuses update automatically in ClearCompany when a candidate completes an assessment in PI. No manual refresh needed.
  • PI Job Association: Requisitions can be linked to a specific PI job, giving context for where candidates are routed in PI.
  • Enhanced Results Display: Behavioral results show a Reference Profile Name and a fit rating (0–5). Cognitive results show a Cognitive Fit Description and score. PDF reports are available for download.
  • Workflow Automation: Candidates can automatically advance to a designated hiring stage when their assessment is marked complete.

Requisition Close Date

What's new

We've added Closed Date as an available column in the Requisitions table. Users can now display this field by selecting Edit Columns and adding Closed Date from the available column options.

This enhancement makes it easier to identify when requisitions have been closed directly from the requisition list view.

How It Works

  • For requisitions in workflow stages that are not Closed, the Closed Date column will display N/A.
  • For requisitions in the Closed workflow stage, the Closed Date column will display the date on which the requisition was closed.
