Secondary Supervisors and Performance Reviews
Secondary Supervisors can be directly involved in active performance review workflows:

Secondary Supervisor role: Performance reviews can include secondary supervisors as a dedicated user role involved in the review.
- Review visibility limits: Secondary Supervisors cannot access in-progress performance reviews of reports unless explicitly written into the active review workflow step, nor can they access completed reviews as a general contributor.
Who can use Dual Manager Review & Feedback?
Your access to Dual Manager Review & Feedback depends on your assigned user role in ClearCo. Here is how permissions break down:
- Admins: You have full access to set up the feature, map fields, edit configurations, and view all data within Dual Manager Review & Feedback.
- Managers: You can view reports, provide goal feedback, and participate in assigned review workflows.
- Employees: You can view your assigned secondary supervisor.
Dual Manager Review and Feedback Limitations
- Field limits: Only one secondary supervisor can be added per user record.
- Integration restrictions: System-of-record HRIS integrations (including ADP) do not synchronize or map data to the secondary supervisor field.
