AI Course Builder (Brand Voice)
What’s new
Brand Voice allows you to maintain a consistent tone across AI-generated course content. Define your brand’s style, language, and tone to ensure AI-created courses reflect your organization’s voice.
What’s included
- Set your brand’s primary voice and adjust traits like friendly vs. professional or casual vs. formal.
- Set a default language for AI-generated content.
- Provide writing examples for AI to learn your style and rhythm.
- Specify preferred vocabulary and words to avoid.
- Choose an image generation style (Photo, Cinematic, Drawing, Vector, Painting) and exclude unwanted images.

NHIV2 - Resend Successful Candidate Data
The New Hire Integration Validation feature helps ensure your new hire data is accurate before it is sent to third-party systems. By validating data in advance, it reduces failed exports, improves data quality, and minimizes delays in onboarding.
What's new
Resend candidate data. For supported integrations, you can resend candidate data from a single candidacy. This feature is not enabled by default. It may be used for:
- Rehiring a candidate on the same profile.
- Custom integration workflows (e.g., SFTP or webhook).
What's included
- A Sync again button appears when resending is available.
- You are notified if the candidate was already synced.
- Confirmation is required before resending.
Resending is enabled per integration and may not be available for all integrations.

Enhanced 1:1 Self Scheduling
What’s new
Enhanced 1:1 Self-Scheduling Links allow candidates to schedule interviews directly with a selected interviewer based on that interviewer’s availability and preferences.
Availability is calculated dynamically and automatically adjusted to the candidate’s time zone. This enables a smoother scheduling experience without changing your existing workflows.
This update includes:
- Interviewer-specific availability and preferences.
- Time zone–aware scheduling for candidates.
- More flexible, scalable interview coordination.
Recruiters can create customizable scheduling links that allow candidates to select interview times based on available interviewer slots.
Why it matters
Scheduling interviews manually can require multiple emails and calendar checks between recruiters, candidates, and interviewers.
Enhanced 1:1 Self-Scheduling reduces coordination by allowing candidates to choose available interview times directly. This helps teams schedule interviews faster while maintaining control over interviewer availability.

ClearCompany Learning: Log Completions
What's new
You can now upload attachments when logging completions across multiple learning objects in a single workflow. Previously, attachments were only supported when logging completion for one learning object at a time. This update removes the need for repetitive, one-by-one entry and allows you to complete bulk actions with the same level of documentation.
This improvement is especially valuable for safety and compliance training, where each completion may require supporting documentation such as evaluations, signed forms, or audit records.
What’s included
Bulk completion with attachments:
- When logging completions, you can:
- Select multiple learning objects.
- Select one or more users.
- Upload one attachment for the completion workflow.
- The uploaded file is automatically associated with:
- Each selected user.
- Each selected learning object.
- Attachments behave the same way as existing single-object workflows:
- The file path appears in the File path column in reports.
- The file displays on the user profile.
- If the file is deleted from the user profile, it is also removed from reporting.

Document Cloud Connect
What's new
Document Cloud Connect allows administrators to securely connect ClearCompany to an approved cloud storage provider, including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Box.
Once connected, recruiting and onboarding documents automatically sync to the selected storage location with a consistent naming and folder structure.
This update includes:
- Secure connections to supported cloud storage providers.
- Automatic document delivery with consistent naming and folder organization.
- Metadata, workflow triggers, and audit visibility are maintained within ClearCompany.
- Retry support, file history, and error handling for improved reliability.
Why it matters
Recruiting and onboarding teams often need to download documents from ClearCompany and upload them into internal storage systems. This manual process can create duplicate files, inconsistent organization, and limited visibility into document activity.
Document Cloud Connect reduces this manual work by automatically delivering documents to your preferred storage provider while maintaining workflow automation and document tracking in ClearCompany.

Tools → Setup → Document Cloud Connect.
