The Interview and Time-to-Feedback Prebuilt Liveboard provides recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders with visibility into interview activity and feedback timeliness. It measures interview volume, time to interview, and time to feedback to help teams identify delays, improve accountability, and keep hiring moving efficiently.

Metrics Included
How Many Interviews Were Completed?
Total count of all completed interviews.
Every interview is counted individually. Multiple interviews for the same job are each included, and candidates who apply to multiple jobs are counted separately for each application.
What is the Avg. Time-to-Interview?
The average time between the Apply Date and the Interview Date.
What is the Avg. Time-to-Feedback?
The average time between the scheduled interview completion time and when the scorecard is submitted.
- Time to feedback is based on the scheduled interview completion time, even if the interview ended earlier or ran long.
- A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview completion time.
How Many Interviews Were Completed by Department?
Total number of completed interviews, grouped by department.
Interviews Over Time
Total number of completed interviews over time, displayed monthly by default.
Which Interviewers Are the Slowest to Provide Scorecard Feedback?
Interviewers with the highest average number of hours between the scheduled interview completion time and scorecard submission.
- Calculations use the scheduled interview completion time, even if the interview ended early or ran long.
- A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview completion time.
Which Interviewers Have Not Submitted a Scorecard?
Interviewers who have completed at least one interview but have not submitted a corresponding scorecard.
Which Sources Have the Fastest Time-to-Interview?
Average number of hours between the apply date and interview date for each source, highlighting which sources move candidates to interview the fastest.
What is the Avg. Time-to-Interview for Each Recruiter?
Average number of hours between the apply date and interview date, grouped by recruiter.
