Purpose

The Interview and Time-to-Feedback Prebuilt Liveboard provides recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leaders with visibility into interview activity and feedback timeliness. It measures interview volume, time to interview, and time to feedback to help teams identify delays, improve accountability, and keep hiring moving efficiently.

  1. How many interviews were completed during a specific time period?
  2. How long does it take candidates to move from application to interview?
  3. Which departments conduct the most interviews?
  4. Which candidate sources move candidates to interview the fastest?

Metrics Included

How Many Interviews Were Completed?

Total count of all completed interviews.

Every interview is counted individually. Multiple interviews for the same job are each included, and candidates who apply to multiple jobs are counted separately for each application.


What is the Avg. Time-to-Interview?

The average time between the Apply Date and the Interview Date.


What is the Avg. Time-to-Feedback?

The average time between the scheduled interview completion time and when the scorecard is submitted.

  • Time to feedback is based on the scheduled interview completion time, even if the interview ended earlier or ran long.
  • A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview completion time.

How Many Interviews Were Completed by Department?

Total number of completed interviews, grouped by department.


Interviews Over Time

Total number of completed interviews over time, displayed monthly by default.


Which Interviewers Are the Slowest to Provide Scorecard Feedback?

Interviewers with the highest average number of hours between the scheduled interview completion time and scorecard submission.

  • Calculations use the scheduled interview completion time, even if the interview ended early or ran long.
  • A negative value indicates the scorecard was submitted before the scheduled interview completion time.

Which Interviewers Have Not Submitted a Scorecard?

Interviewers who have completed at least one interview but have not submitted a corresponding scorecard.


Which Sources Have the Fastest Time-to-Interview?

Average number of hours between the apply date and interview date for each source, highlighting which sources move candidates to interview the fastest.


What is the Avg. Time-to-Interview for Each Recruiter?

Average number of hours between the apply date and interview date, grouped by recruiter.

Candidate and Requisition Custom Fields can also be included. To add custom fields, the prebuilt liveboard must be duplicated.

Interview Schedule Id Interview Unique identifier for an interview.
Interview Date UTC
 
Interview Date and UTC time when the interview is scheduled.
Interviewer
 
Interview The name of the person assigned to conduct the interview and complete the associated scorecard.
Interviewer Requisition Association Interview Interviewer's association to the requisition a candidate is interviewing for.
Interviewer Organization Role System Interviewer's role in the organization.
Interview Type Interview

The specific category or format of the interview.

Self-scheduling interviews are also included.

Interview Duration Interview Total time in minutes scheduled for an interview.
Interview Method Interview

How the interview is selected to take place. Video Conference, manually-added link.

This will be null for Interview Type = Multi-Interview or Multi-Interview w/Scorecard

Interview Channel Interview

Type of virtual interview selected. 

  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom

This will only have a value if Interview Type = Virtual

Interview Status Interview

Indicates the current status of the interview associated with the scorecard.

  • In-Progress
  • Completed
Scorecard Completed Interview

Indicates whether or not a scorecard has been completed. 

True or False.

Time to Feedback System Total time in minutes from interview completion to scorecard submission.

AI Notetaker Enabled*

For more information, refer to: AI Notetaker.

Indicates whether AI Notetaker was enabled for the interview.

This shows for all customers, even if they do not have AI Notetaker enabled.

Interview Link Interview Link to a candidate’s interview packet.
Requisition Title Requisition The title of the requisition entered in the 'Enter job title for posting' field.
Requisition Role Requisition The name of the role associated with the requisition. This field is optional and selected under the requisition role dropdown field.
Requisition Department Requisition The department assigned to the requisition. This field is required and selected under the Administrative Info section of a requisition.
Requisition Office Requisition The name of the office assigned to the requisition. This field is required and selected under the Administrative Info section of a requisition.
Candidate Application The full name provided by the candidate on their application, or added when the candidate was created. It can also be updated on the candidate's profile.
Candidate Link Candidate URL link to a candidate’s profile.
Macro Stage (Current) Workflow The name of the Macro Stage the candidate was in when they were moved into its associated Stage.
Stage (Current) Workflow The name of the Stage the candidate was moved into at the specific time recorded in "Entered Stage Date".
