Interview Packets: Assigning Scorecards

Follow

Interview scorecards are a key part of your Interview Packets and help standardize how your team evaluates candidates. By assigning scorecards, you ensure interviewers are aligned on what to assess and how to provide structured feedback. Scorecards can be assigned during interview scheduling, sent separately with a due date, or created on demand for immediate use.

  4. Complete scheduling.

Option 3: Self-Scheduling Screening

Self-scheduling allows candidates to choose an available interview time. Calendar invitations are automatically sent to both the candidate and interviewer.

When configuring a self-scheduling link, you can assign a scorecard to ensure interviewers complete the required evaluation for each scheduled candidate.

Select a scorecard while setting up the self-scheduling link. Interviewers will be required to complete the assigned scorecard for each scheduled candidate, and the scorecard will also be included in the interview email.

For more information, refer to: Self-Scheduling Screenings Overview.

Send a Scheduled Scorecard (Without Scheduling an Interview)

You can send scorecards independently of interview scheduling.

  1. Navigate to the candidate's profile.
  2. Click the Actions menu. Select 'Create or Send Scorecard' from the dropdown menu.

    CreateorSendScored

  3. Choose a Scorecard Template.

Important Note on Due Date & Time

  • If you do not set a due date/time, the system defaults to the date/time the scorecard was assigned.
  • This date/time appears on:
    • The scorecard
    • The printed interview packet
  • Best Practice: Always set a due date/time to ensure accurate information appears in interview materials.

Completing the Scorecard
