When are these used?
These email templates are utilized in the following places:

1:1 Screening Email Template
- Navigate to Tools > Setup and click Interviews.
- In the 1:1 Screening Email Templates section, click Add Template.
- Fill out the information for your new template.
- Template Name: Provide a name for your template; this will be what you search for when scheduling interviews.
- Workflow Stage: If you assign a workflow stage to this email template, the system will automatically update the candidate's workflow stage when you send the candidate a reply using this template. For instance, you might want to assign a disposition stage to a rejection/decline email.
- Language: Select between English, Spanish, Italian, or French.
- Subject: Determine a subject line. You can utilize auto-populating fields here.
- Body: This is the body of your email. Note that the auto-populating fields at the top of the text editor (such as Position Title, Department, etc.) will pull directly from the requisition and the candidate profile. To add one of these fields, click on the desired field and place it where you'd like it to be in the email.
- When you've finished, click Create Template. Note: you can make small edits as needed when you send the interview email.
