Requirements for Indeed Interview Integration
To use Indeed Interview, you will first need to have an Indeed account set up. These accounts are free to set up and instructions on how to create one can be found here.
Users that wish to utilize Indeed Interview will also need to have their calendar synced with ClearCompany. Please see our Help Center articles on how this can be done at the organizational level or on an individual level.
How to Enable Indeed Interviews
In order to enable Indeed Interview for your organization, you must have the User Admin, IT Admin, and Recruiter user permissions. Click here to learn more about user permissions.
First, log in to ClearCompany and navigate to Tools, select Setup from the drop-down. Select Indeed Interview under the Organization Setup section.
You will be brought to a Cronofy page (ClearCompany's calendar integration partner) that will allow you to sync your Indeed account. Then follow these steps:
- Click Begin authorization
- Click on the Indeed Logo
- The next page is a prompt to authorize the Cronofy app, click Continue
- Note: You may need to enter your Indeed credentials first
- Click Authorize access
