How Interview Packets Work
When a scorecard is assigned to an interviewer:

- The Interview Guide
- The Scorecard

What’s Included in an Interview Packet
An interview packet typically contains:
- Candidate Details (resume, basic information)
- Interview Guide (questions tied to competencies)
- Scorecard (ratings, notes, and feedback fields)
How to Set Up Interview Packets
To fully configure interview packets, you’ll need to:

Set Up Interview Scorecards: Create scorecards that define how candidates will be evaluated.

Using Interview Packets During Hiring
Access the Interview Guide
- Interviewers receive a link via email. They may be prompted to log in.
- The guide can be printed for use during interviews.
- Complete the Scorecard:
- Fill out ratings and notes.
- Responses save automatically.
- Submit when complete.

Important Notes
Date, Time, and Location on Interview Packets
- If no due date/time is assigned when sending a scorecard:
- The system defaults to the assignment date/time.
- This information cannot be removed or edited after sending.
- Best Practice: When assigning scorecards, set a due date/time so the correct information appears when printed.
Editing or Undoing a Submitted Scorecard
Once a scorecard is submitted, It cannot be edited or undone. This is intentional to ensure:
- Consistent evaluation
- Auditability
- Fair hiring practices
User Access & Permissions
Limited Access for Interviewers
- Users with only the Employee role:
- Can access the interview packet only if assigned as an interviewer.
- Cannot view full requisitions like recruiters or hiring managers.
- Have limited system visibility.
- Access to Candidate Documents
- Even with limited permissions, Interviewers can still view resumes and documents via the candidate profile (tearsheet)
Delete a Scorecard
Note
Only the user who assigned the scorecard can delete it. They can navigate to the candidate profile, select the Interviews tab, select the scorecard, and then Cancel this Interview.

Why is the wrong resume showing in the interview packet? This can happen due to cached data

Yes, any user can be assigned as an interviewer. However, their access is limited to the interview and related materials
No, these fields cannot currently be removed.
