Hire Eligibility Status

When hiring new candidates or evaluating former employees, accurate information is crucial for making informed decisions. The Hire Eligibility enhancement ensures that this critical information remains up-to-date and visible throughout the candidate journey, reducing the risk of oversights and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This includes:

Ability to set Hire Eligibility Status upon Employee Termination Hire Eligibility Status field in the Candidate CSV Import Ability to manually set/update the Hire Eligibility status for applicants New Hiring Workflow Stage rule to assign Hire Eligibility Status when a candidate reaches a specific stage New workflow automation to move a candidate to a specific hiring stage based on their Hire Eligibility status Recruiters will be able to set & view Hire Eligibility statuses and comments Hiring Managers will be able to view Hire Eligibility statuses and comments

ClearInsights Safe Mode

As a user of ClearInsights, when undergoing maintenance, ClearInsights enters Safe Mode. During this time, users can still view content and interact with the conversational agent, but all content creation and editing capabilities are temporarily disabled. This prevents any unsaved changes or data loss, ensuring a smooth experience once maintenance is complete.

What You Can Do In Safe Mode

• View Existing Liveboards and Answers
• Use the conversation agent to explore and view insights
