Performance: Manager Only Sections

Introducing a confidential section in performance reviews, allowing managers to record private feedback accessible only to HR and leadership.

• Ability to add one or more hidden sections to any performance review template.

• Hidden sections have zero weight, meaning these sections do not impact the scoring for the review subject.

• Allow managers (or any upward supervisor) to record and store confidential feedback without employee visibility.

• Enable HR and leadership to access detailed information for compensation and development discussions.

• Support for the hidden section in 360s for supervisors only (not peers).

• Ability for Hidden Sections to report scoring to the 9 Box and ClearInsights usage.

Enhanced Candidate Omni Search

Enhances Omni Search to deliver faster, more accurate candidate results by improving name, email, and phone number search logic.

ADP Lyric Bi-Directional

Achieve seamless bi-directional integration with ADP Lyric, offering functional parity with our ADP WorkforceNow integration by syncing system of record data from ADP Lyric and sending new hire data from ClearCo. Enhance data management by allowing clients to map organizational units to ClearCo entities and custom fields.

• Initial synchronization of employee profiles and organizational units upon hiring.
• Sync employee and entity changes initiated in ADP Lyric to ClearCo.
• Allow clients to map ADP Lyric’s organizational units to ClearCo departments.
• Allow clients to map ADP Lyric's organization units, or other metadata fields, to ClearCo custom fields.
• Sync new hire data from ClearCo to ADP Lyric.
• Express setup wizard.
