New Hire Validation Enhancements Pt 2

We are enhancing our New Hire integrations, particularly with ADP, to address validation errors and improve user clarity. Our goal is to streamline error handling, reduce partner errors, and enhance the overall user experience.

One-Click SMS Opt-In & Messaging

Enable recruiters to compose and send an SMS message along with a one-time opt-in request to candidates with an Unknown or Unsubscribed opt-in status in a single action. Streamline SMS outreach with one-click opt-in and queued text messaging to boost candidate response, reduce recruiter effort, and improve retention for high-volume clients.

Onboarding Packet: SSN and Username

Enhance the Candidate Edit Modal during onboarding packet creation to include functionalities for setting and modifying usernames and Social Security Numbers (SSN)
