ClearInsights Enhancements

ClearInsights is a powerful analytics tool designed to elevate your data strategy and maximize the value of your talent management efforts. The ClearInsights enhancements include:

• ClearInsights for Talent Development: ClearCompany is expanding ClearInsights to include Talent Development data. Organizations will have the ability to create and manipulate charts and dashboards, as well as enhance accessibility and usability. The following data will be available:
  • Performance Reviews
  • Surveys
  • New hire review
  • Goals
  • Feedback / 360 Peer Reviews
  • 1:1s

• ClearInsights Conversational AI: ClearCompany has enhanced our AI Answer Builder by introducing a conversational AI that will allow for contextualized follow-ups, allowing users to drill deeper, refine their queries, and uncover more insights seamlessly. Organizations must be using ClearInsights Max to access this feature. For information, refer to ClearInsights Max: Answer Builder.

Onboarding Packet Scheduling and Automation

Onboarding Packet Scheduling and Automation allows onboarding coordinators and hiring managers with sender permissions to schedule onboarding packets for delivery at a specific date and time, or based on a candidate's state trigger. Key capabilities include:

• Schedule onboarding packets in advance for streamlined planning.
• Modify scheduled packets before they are sent.
• Launch the offer letter and onboarding packet simultaneously.

• Disable the email notification sent to new hires when a packet is created.

Performance Enhancements

Option to disable the need to confirm assignments enhancement allows Event-based reviews to offer an option in the In Queue table to automatically confirm review subjects when the Skip Assignment Confirmation toggle is checked.
