Workflow Automation: Hiring Stage Notifications

Workflow Automation introduces the ability to automate workflow change emails and notifications. This will improve communication by automating email notifications when candidates progress through workflow stages.

Available Actions: 

• Send Candidate Notifications:
  • Select an existing email template

Change Analysis in ClearInsights Agent

When using ClearInsights Max, users will be able to utilize the Change Analysis feature to be able to ask why questions to get more insights as to why something is happening.

Enhancements to Liveboard Share

Liveboard sharing has been enhanced to make collaboration clearer and more intentional. Shared Liveboards are independent of the originals—changes to one no longer affect the other. This change ensures that once a Liveboard is shared, it remains exactly as intended by the person sharing it. Recipients can rely on a consistent view without unexpected changes, while the original Liveboard owner can continue making updates without disrupting the shared version. This provides greater stability, clarity, and control over shared insights.

Improved Search Inside Performance Tables

Improved search bar and search navigation inside Performance tables make it fast to find a review cycle or a review subject inside a cycle. 

This includes:

• Ability to search by an individual's name in a Performance Review cycle table, regardless of whether the person is In Review, In Queue, or Completed
• Search for a performance review in the list of reviews
