Custom Survey Emails and SMS Messages

Custom Survey Emails and SMS Messages now allow for personalized text in survey email communications, including the addition of text messages.

• Customize the subject line and email body text.
• Introduce SMS ClearText notifications with unique messaging capabilities.

Auto-Remove Terminated Employees from Active Review Cycles

Employees terminated by the company under active review will automatically have their reviews discontinued. Terminated or manually removed review subjects will now be listed under a new "Discontinued" section in the review table.

• Reviews will automatically move to "Completed" status upon termination of the review subject.
• Performance Admin will receive notifications of these changes.

ADP WOTC New Hire Tasks Trigger

Organizations utilizing ADP WOTC have an additional option to trigger the ADP WOTC hire call upon completion of new hire tasks in the onboarding packet.
