Once you have launched an Anniversary Review, there may be some adjustments you need to make to the review or participants. Below, we cover how to make changes to an active Anniversary review cycle.

From the In queue table, you can:
- Undo confirmations
- Update Review Elements
- Remove Review Subjects
- Update Review Elements

Please note:
If an employee is terminated during an active review, their review is automatically discontinued. You can find discontinued reviews in the Discontinued section of the review table.
To navigate to the performance review:
- Click Tools, then Performance.
- Click the Anniversary Review that you want to update.
In Queue Table Guide
From the In queue table, you can:
- Undo a review confirmation
- Update review details
- Remove a review subject
- Make bulk updates
- Add users to the review
- Delete a review cycle
Undo Confirmations
Undo a confirmation to make changes to a review subject.
Undoing a review confirmation removes the green checkmark next to a review subject and enables the admin to perform normal edits to the review subject's review. From the review, click Reviews.
- Open the review and select Reviews.
- Click In Queue, this will display the list of users that are currently confirmed and not confirmed.
- For an Individual Review Subject, click the ellipsis and select Undo Confirmation. If the option is greyed out, it means the user's status is Not Confirmed.
Update Review Details
Update assignments and timing for a review subject. You can use this option to:
- Change the assigned manager
- Update HR approval
- Adjust the review start date
From the In Queue dashboard, if a user is "Not Confirmed", click the ellipsis on the user and select Update Review Elements. Users can change:
- Manager Evaluation: The user assigned to the manager evaluation step.
- HR Approval: The user assigned for the HR approval step.
- Role*: A User’s Role can only be updated if the review template includes a Competency Section.
- Review Start: When the user has to start the review.
Remove Review Subject
Remove a user from the review cycle.
From the In Queue dashboard, if a user is "Not Confirmed", click the ellipsis, on the user and select Remove Review Subject.
Bulk Update
Update multiple review subjects at once.
Users can check the box on the left-hand side and select multiple users to make adjustments for. Users have the following Bulk Update Actions available: (the bulk options available will depend on the state of confirmation and user selection.)
- Confirm All
- Confirm Selected
- Undo Selected Confirmation
- Undo All Confirmations
- Update Review Elements
- Remove Selected
Add Users
Add users who were previously excluded.
Users can add additional users that were originally excluded. On the top-right side:
- Click Review Actions, then Edit Cycle Settings.
- Navigate to the People section.
- When launching or editing an Anniversary Review, an admin can check the box to "Skip Assignment Confirmation." If the box is checked, review subjects will auto-confirm on the day before their review is set to launch. The checkbox will default to unchecked.
- Navigate to the Excluded Employees tab.
- From the Excluded Employees tab, users can search for employees or click the Add on the right-hand side to add employees.
Delete Review
Permanently delete a review cycle.
Important
Before deleting a review, keep in mind that this action cannot be undone, and the data will not be available for retrieval. Once deleted, users will no longer be able to access this review.
- If you need to delete a review, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, click the Review Actions dropdown and select Edit Cycle Settings.
- Click Delete Review Cycle in the lower lefthand corner.
Discontinued
Discontinued reviews include:
- Review Subject
- Notice - Subject Removed
- Last Stage
- Evaluated Role
- Department
- Office
- Supervisor
Any employee termed by the company who is a review subject in an active review will have their review automatically discontinued. These users can be seen from the Discontinued section in a review.
