Custom HTML Pages allow admins to tailor the user experience in the learning platform. Custom HTML pages are used to create custom home pages for different users/groups. This article provides an overview of Custom HTML Pages, the options available, and other resources available.

Custom HTML Pages Overview
Custom HTML pages allow admins to customize a website page based on their preferences. When creating an HTML, users can create:
- An HTML Page with an external URL (e.g. HRIS, SharePoint, or other company site)
- An HTML Page created by the user using templates in the learning platform or some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Users can navigate to Custom HTML Pages:
- From the administration dashboard, click Settings, then Custom HTML Pages.
- From the Custom Pages Dashboard, users can edit or create new HTML pages.
Manage Custom HTML Pages
- From the Custom Pages dashboard, click Create Page.
- Fill out the fields below:
- Page Title
- Owner Group
- External URL
- Transparent Background
- Include Header and Footer: If this is set to “Yes” the custom page will include the default Learning platform header (including the Navigation Menu) and footer.
- Status
- Back
- When ready click Save, this will create a draft of the HTML page.
The next step is the Go To Editor. Clicking on the “Go To Editor” link opens the Page Builder in a new browser tab or window.
The Page Builder allows users to use templates to create an HTML Page, below is an overview of the Page Builder.
- Page Builder URL: This is the URL needed when wanting to link to this custom page.
- Preview, Save, Revert: You can preview the page, save it, and revert it back to the last previous save.
- Basic Contents Window: This is how content is added to the transcript. Clicking the "Empty" box will bring up your basic content blocks.
- Add/More: Add & More do the same thing they will open up a window with element templates that you can add to your page. See below.
- HTML: This will open a window so you can see all your content and elements as HTML.
