Administrators have the ability to impact the User experience from the theme and formatting to the emails sent when they are assigned new items. Below is an overview of key customization options available in the Learning platform.
Setting Options
Themes allow users to create, edit, and view themes for the Learning platform. Themes are customizable designs for the system, including different logos, background images, and color applications.
Custom HTML Pages allow users to create customized pages that serve as:
- Welcome message for learners
- Temporary notice regarding training initiatives
- A company announcement page.
Custom HTML pages can be associated with a system theme or utilized as a link on the front-end learning menu panel.
Certificate Templates allow users to create custom completion certificates to better fit company branding and message. Users are able to upload custom images and use system placeholders to autopopulate data.
Completion Transcripts allow users to pull customized completion reports for individual learners. Transcripts serve as reports that managers can utilize to track how their direct reports are progressing in their learning.

Privacy Notices can be enabled or disabled within the Learning platform to present new users with data privacy information or other consent statements upon first login. Customize Dashboards allows users to modify the front-end dashboard that displays for users. Users can customize pages for different users, departments, and or groups.
The Help Customize page allows users to add, remove, and update question mark content throughout the learning platform based on the landing page features.
Label Customization allows administrators to align platform language with organizational preferences by modifying standard text labels across the system. Any changes made to a label are applied globally, meaning they will appear consistently throughout the platform wherever that label is used.
Object Auxiliary Fields allows administrators to create additional data points to be included in Objects. This information can be used to filter within the system and within Custom Reports.
User Auxiliary Fields allows administrators additional data points to be included in User profiles. Common examples of User Auxiliary Fields include: Supervisor Name, Location.
Options provides administrators with the flexibility to configure essential system behaviors, these settings help streamline user onboarding, enable secure data transfer, and support system integrations that improve platform functionality.
