Clone HTML Page

Cloning lets you quickly create a copy of an existing custom HTML page without changing its design or editor version. This is useful when you want to reuse layouts, styles, or HTML code and make updates without starting from scratch.

What happens when you clone a page

When you clone a custom HTML page:

  • A new page is created with the same content, settings, and properties as the original page—including the version of the HTML editor it utilizes.
  • The page title is copied and prefixed with “Copy of”.
  • Any existing HTML code is included in the cloned page.

This ensures the cloned page looks and behaves the same as the original.

How to clone a custom HTML page

  1. Open the custom HTML page you want to copy.
  2. Select Edit to open the page editor.

  3. Select Clone in the bottom-right corner of the page.

Things to know

  • Styling, layout, and HTML code remain unchanged.
  • You can safely edit the cloned page without affecting the original.

Editing a Custom HTML Page

From the Custom HTML Dashboard, click the Pencil icon on the page you would like to edit.

  1. Click Edit to make changes to the initial fields.

  2. Click "Go to Editor." Here you can make changes to how the page looks.
