LMS Email Engine Overview

The LMS Email Engine allows organizations to replace the default @Brainier.com email domain with the organization's @YourCompanyDomain.com. This ensures all communications from ClearCompany Learning reflect your corporate identity. Customizing the organization's email domain allows administrators to reflect departmental or functional roles within the organization.

Enabling LMS Email Engine

To enable the LMS Email Engine,  from the administration dashboard:

1. Navigate to Settings, then Options.
2. Scroll down and locate the LMS Email Engine setting and toggle it on.
3. Once toggled, add the email Domain and click Add Email Domain.
4. The Learning Platform will verify the email domain and provide DNS Record Names and Values.
5. Share Record Names and Values with your IT Team, this will allow them to generate DNS Record Names and Values for your public DNS.
6. Your IT Team must also update your public DNS with the following SPF TXT Record Example: "v=spf1 include:_spf.brainier.com ~all"
7. Wait for your public DNS changes to take effect and be verified (could take up to 24 hours).
8. When the email has been verified, the status will change to successful.
9. If it was not successful, we first recommend:
   • Remove the domain and re-add it to the domain.
   • It will restart the validation process, the values will remain the same.
10. After the status is updated to Successful, the email domain will become available as an option.  
11. Select the new email domain and name the address (for example, [e-mail], [e-mail]. 
12. When you finalize, click Update All Templates, which will update all the email templates in ClearCompany Learning. For information about the available email templates, refer to: ClearCompany Learning: Email Templates.
