Performance Prebuilt Liveboards Overview

Prebuilt Liveboards are tailored to specific business needs, offering key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that help you monitor performance across your organization in real-time. By leveraging these Liveboards, you'll gain actionable insights to inform your decision-making and drive growth.

Please note:

The last reviewer of the review's workflow provides the data that will be used for many reporting features, like the 9-box.


Accessing Prebuilt Liveboards

For a user to access Performance liveboards, they will need the Performance Admin permission.

  1. Click Tools, then ClearInsights.

  2. On the top bar where it mentions "Insights In..", you can select Performance.

  3. Confirm you are on the Liveboards tab and select the liveboard you would like to view.

Available Performance Liveboards

360 Cycle Progress

The 360 Cycle Progress Prebuilt liveboard provides information on the completion status of current and past performance 360 review cycles within an organization. 

Use Case Example:
The Cycle Progress Liveboard would be helpful when answering: 'Which departments or roles have the highest or lowest completion rates? or Which supervisors have reviews that are behind or incomplete?"

Cycle Progress

The Cycle Progress Liveboard shows the completion status of current and past performance review cycles. It also includes an option to view metrics specific to 360 review cycles.

Use Case Example:
The Cycle Progress Liveboard would be helpful when answering: 'Are all departments on track to complete performance reviews before the deadline?' or 'Which employees or managers have outstanding reviews in this cycle?'

Employee Goal Use

Employee Goal Use Liveboard shows how many employees are actively using goals, with emphasis on departments or roles where goals are underutilized. Filters allow exploration by office, department, role, or supervisor. 

Use Case Example:
The Employee Goal Use Liveboard would help answer: 'Which departments or roles have the most employees not using goals?' or 'Is goal-setting being effectively adopted across the organization?'"

Employee Scores

Employee Scores Liveboard provides a comparison of employee performance by normalizing final review scores on a 100-point scale. It allows for equitable comparison across cycles with different scoring rubrics.

Use Case Example:
The Employee Scores Liveboard would be useful for answering: 'How do employee performance scores compare across departments or offices, even if different rating systems were used?'"

Goal Alignment

The Goal Alignment Liveboard helps you track whether employees are aligning their goals with department or company-wide objectives. It shows which supervisors promote alignment and which goals are contributing to shared success.

The Goal Alignment Liveboard would be useful when answering: 'Are individual employee goals aligned with company-wide priorities?' or 'Which teams or supervisors are driving strong goal alignment?'
