Purpose

The purpose of this report is to track and monitor the status of review cycles and provide visibility into the progress of employee reviews, helping HR and managers ensure that the review process is on track, identify any delays or issues, and make informed decisions to improve the efficiency of the cycle.

Key Questions this Liveboard can answer

1. How many employee reviews have been completed in a certain review cycle?
2. How many employee reviews are currently in progress, and what is their status?
3. Is the review cycle progressing according to the predefined timeline and schedule, and is there a certain department or supervisor that may need additional support?

Default Filters

1. Time Frame: All Time
2. Data Source: Includes all performance cycles in the ClearCompany account. Including in-progress and closed cycles. This liveboard does not include deleted review cycles or deleted reviews.

Attributes Available

Attribute	Origin	Description
Employee Name	System	This data point is populated from the user profile fields for First Name and Last Name.
Role	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Role.
Supervisor	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Supervisor.
Department	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for the Department.
Office	System	This data point is populated from the user profile field for Office.
Review Cycle Name	Performance	This data point reflects the title of the review cycle. The title is designated upon the creation of the performance review.
Review Completion Status	Performance	The completion status is pulled from the "Reviews" tab of the review cycle. The acceptable values for this status are: Complete Active Overdue No Due Date
Current Stage	Performance	This data point provides information about the current stage of the review process, which is determined by the status in the "Reviews" tab of the review cycle.
Assigned To	Performance	This data point provides information about the individual assigned to complete the current stage of the review process.
Review Due Date	Performance	This data point provides information about the individual assigned to complete the current stage of the review process.
Employee ID	System	Internal database ID used to identify the user on the backend.
Employee Status	System	The current employment status of an employee. Active Terminated Deleted
