Purpose
The purpose of this report is to track and monitor the status of review cycles and provide visibility into the progress of employee reviews, helping HR and managers ensure that the review process is on track, identify any delays or issues, and make informed decisions to improve the efficiency of the cycle.
Key Questions this Liveboard can answer
- How many employee reviews have been completed in a certain review cycle?
- How many employee reviews are currently in progress, and what is their status?
- Is the review cycle progressing according to the predefined timeline and schedule, and is there a certain department or supervisor that may need additional support?

- Time Frame: All Time
- Data Source: Includes all performance cycles in the ClearCompany account. Including in-progress and closed cycles. This liveboard does not include deleted review cycles or deleted reviews.

The completion status is pulled from the "Reviews" tab of the review cycle. The acceptable values for this status are:
