The Employee Goal Use Liveboard helps you understand how consistently goals are being used across your organization. It highlights where goal-setting is strong and where adoption may be lower, making it easier to identify teams or roles that may need additional support or guidance. By showing goal activity, categories, and completion status, the liveboard supports more intentional goal alignment and ongoing performance conversations. These insights help reinforce accountability and encourage meaningful goal engagement across teams.

Count of Goals by Goal Category	Goals	This is based on the number of goals the user has in their profile.
Count of Goals by Active/Complete	Goals	This is based on the number of goals the user has active and completed.
