ClearCompany's Recruiting system offers a variety of candidate texting capabilities through a feature called ClearText. ClearText enables recruiters and hiring managers to initiate text communications directly from the candidate profile and offers the choice of continuing the conversation from a mobile phone or computer. ClearText uses intermediary numbers to mask your phone number from the candidate's view, maintaining your privacy.

Please reach out to your ClearCompany Representative for details. - Canadian Texting: Candidates and employees in Canada can receive text messages without incurring additional charges for international messaging. This feature is auto-enabled for SMS customers. In order to use this feature for Text to Apply, a Canadian number will have to be purchased. Texting compliance
The United States' 10DLC regulation, designed to improve the delivery and security of text messages, requires mobile users (ex. candidates) to have the option to Opt-In or Opt-Out of receiving texts from businesses. How to enable ClearText
ClearText refers to a bundle of texting-related features (as described above) that can be enabled on your ClearCompany account. This bundle of features can be customized and specific configurations may have an added cost for your organization to utilize.
