Overview
When logging completions individually:
- You can log multiple learning object completions for one or more users.
- Multi-object completion logging is supported.
- Each workflow allows uploading one file per log completion.
- Uploaded files appear in the user profile and are included in reports under the File Path column.
- Administrators can delete files, which also removes them from reporting.
Multi-object completion logging
- Include multiple users in a single workflow.
- Log multiple learning objects at the same time.
- Attach one supporting file per workflow.
- The system creates a new parent completion record using the selected date and automatically associates all related child step completions. This ensures reporting is accurate and consistent across user profiles.
Accepted File Types
The system supports the following file formats:
- Documents: ZIP, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX, RTF, ODT, ODS, ODP, PDF, TXT, CSV
- Images: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP
- Audio & Video: MPG, MP4, MP3, M4V, M4A, MOV, AVI, ASF, WAV, WMV, WMA, FLV, FLA, F4V, OGG, OGV, MXF, TS, 3GP
- Other: EPUB
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Tip: Use descriptive file names for audit readiness and easy reference.
Log Completions Guide

Navigate to Learning Objects > Log completions.

Select the learning objects you want to log, then click Next Step.

Select the users for whom you want to log completions, then click Next Step.
- Confirm your selections. Click Edit if you need to make any changes.
- Fill out required fields:
- Actual Completion Date (Date, Time, Time Zone
- Score
- Seconds Tracked
- Options
- Grant User Access
- Send Completion Emails
- Log Steps Complete
- Insert Action Logs (Count towards badges and points): Choose whether the completion counts toward badges and points.

- Upload File: Only 1 file can be uploaded per log completion workflow

When done, click Confirm Log Completions.
Best Practices
- Ensure each file is properly named and stored for audit purposes.
- Use the same workflow for multiple users to save time.
- Verify that the completion records and attachments are correctly reflected in reporting before finalizing.
Reporting & Verification
- Uploaded files appear in the File Path column in reports.
- Deleting a file from a user profile also removes it from reporting.
- Track usage of the upload feature, including how often it’s used with multiple objects, to measure adoption and workflow efficiency.
