The Bulk Calendar Connect tool allows an IT Admin at your organization to integrate all of your employees’ calendars with ClearCompany in one step. Integrating your user's calendar will allow recruiters and hiring managers to easily schedule interviews and assign interview scorecards based on their current schedule. ClearCompany partners with Cronofy to provide this industry-leading calendar functionality.

Supported Calendar Providers

  • G-Suite (Google Apps for Business)

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Microsoft Exchange (all versions 2007 SP1 or later)

Setting Up Bulk Calendar Connect for Your Organization

Please note that when choosing to use the bulk calendar integration any users who have already connected their calendar individually, will disconnect their calendar.

  1. Reach out to your ClearCompany Representative or the Support team to enable the Bulk Calendar Connect tool on your ClearCompany account.
  2. Follow the setup guide for your organization's calendar provider:

Keep in mind to bulk integrate calendars you will need your IT person. This integration requires the setup of an admin account in their email/calendar system. Here are a few tips for connecting successfully:

  • The account used to log in to configure the integration must have a E3 Microsoft license or higher
  • The account used to login to configure the integration must Azure Active Directory Global Administrator access to the O365 Tenant

FAQs

Can individual users "opt out" of having their calendar integrated with ClearCompany if calendars are synced using this Bulk Calendar Connect tool?

A: At this time, the integration is applied org-wide, and individual users cannot opt out. Your organization can however choose to restrict event detail visibility and instead only show calendar events as Free or Busy. Check out this article for more information on calendar integration settings.

My organization uses more than one domain. Can we use Bulk Calendar Connect to sync calendars across multiple domains?

Multiple domains can be synced when using GraphAPI in case they are under one tenant and the user with Azure Active Directory Global Administrator access can access them all.

All Other Connections: Only one (1) domain can be integrated.
