Common Errors and Resolutions

Error Message Meaning Resolution
"Error impersonating user denied" The service account (MS Exchange/Office 365 accounts) is not provisioned to impersonate users' calendars. Follow the steps in this article to configure your service account with impersonation access.
Connected Domain: Domain Not Found This means you still have the EWS without updating the service credentials.  You would need to update the service credentials before you disable the account and begin using the GraphAPI process with the global admin login using Microsoft 365.
"Account does not exist" The domain of the user's email address does not match the organization's Connected Domain. Review and edit the Work Email Address listed on the user's account to match the correct domain.
"No work email was found for the user account" The user account does not have an email address listed in the Work Email Address field so the integration could not locate a calendar account to sync. Edit the user's account to list a Work Email Address that matches the organization's Connected Domain.

Disabling the Calendar Integration

If for any reason you want to stop syncing calendars, navigate to Tools > Setup > Calendars and select Disable Calendar Integration. The integration can take between 5-15 minutes to be fully disabled.
