Customize Dashboards enables admins and superadmins to configure dashboards for different user roles across the platform. This allows organizations to align dashboard content with user responsibilities and priorities, enhancing visibility, focus, and ease of use.

Customize Dashboard Overview

Customize Dashboards allows admins to configure dashboards for all user types. The available dashboards include:

• Front-End Dashboard: Customize gadgets for front-end users.
• Administration Analytics Dashboard: Highlight analytics gadgets for managers and admins.
• Administration Group Details Report: Configure data visualization for administrative users.
• Administration Dashboard: Customize shortcut tiles for admin tools.

Navigation

To access Customize Dashboards:

1. From the administration dashboard, click Settings, then Customize Dashboards.
2. Users can toggle between the different dashboard options from the middle section.
3. Click “Push to all Users” to publish the layout changes to all applicable users.

   Please Note:

   Pushing updates overrides any personalized settings previously made by users.

4. Use +Add Gadget to include new gadgets.
5. To rearrange, click and drag the gadget using the grid icon.

Will users lose their custom gadget layout if we “Push to All Users"?

Yes. Pushing changes overrides any personal gadget layout or settings a user may have set up previously.

Can users still move or add gadgets after we push a layout?

Users with the View Report Gadgets & Manage Report Gadgets rights will be able to make changes.
