When creating a requisition, you have the option to select to include multiple locations so that each location has its own job posting. This allows users creating a requisition to save time creating the same requisition. In this article, we cover Job Posting: 1-to-Many Locations.

What is Job Posting: 1-to-Many Locations
When a recruiter creates a job requisition they will be able to add locations in addition to the one on the requisition. The system will then post a job per location to each job board. Locations are added by searching for a city, state, or postal code. The available locations on a job posting are dependent on the country where the requisition's office is located and the job can only be posted to cities or offices in that country. If the office is changed to one in a different country, additional locations from that country can be added.
This tool is useful for organizations with multiple offices if you are hiring for a role and that role could be in any of your offices. It's also helpful for organizations hiring for a role in locations that aren’t an office. Ie. in-home health aides.
Important Information
Please Note: Requisitions and requisition templates will no longer have the "work location is different from office" toggle.
- Remote posting counts as one location and is supported only for the country where the requisitions office is located. Remote postings will be sent to job boards and appear on career sites with the country they are associated with.
- Up to 30 locations can be added.
- At this time, a hiring manager won't have the ability to indicate the expanded locations. We suggest that the user put those locations into a note on the requisition so the recruiter can add them when they are posted. They can also be added to a requisition template.
- The office on the requisition is the default location to start. The default location can be changed (unless it is the only location on the posting).
- The default location is used for Sponsored job postings and posting to LinkedIn.
- Once a requisition is posted, all locations where the requisition was posted will be visible. When editing the posting options, you can add or remove posting locations.
- Requisition templates will have the ability to add multiple locations. This field will only appear once the Office has been selected on the requisition template so the system knows which country this requisition is for.
- Reports have been updated to reflect Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations.
Candidate Information
- All applicants will be managed under the same requisition. Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and any other user with permission to view a candidate's profile will be able to see all locations that the candidate applied to for the requisition.
- If a candidate is hired on a requisition with multiple locations, the office listed on the requisition details page is the office information we will pull if they are hired. This can be edited from the onboarding packet.
Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations
Reports will show information related to candidates applying to different locations within one requisition and users will be able to efficiently analyze and evaluate applicant data tailored to each specific location.
- Reports will have two new updated columns
- Applied Location (s)
- Posted Location (s)
- The following reports have been updated.
Application Completion Report | Candidate Data |
Candidate Flow Log | Current Pipeline |
Application Question Data | Open Requisitions |
Requisition Data | Requisition Volume |
