With our automated job posting options, you can conveniently manage and pay for your sponsored job postings directly from your requisitions, all within ClearCompany's system. Follow the steps below to set up your payment information for your account. You can configure multiple payment options within your account which can be utilized by different departments, offices, or individuals.

Why you should sponsor your job postings?
Sponsoring your job postings ensures that your job appears at the top of search results on job aggregators. Sponsored postings are the first ones candidates see, increasing the likelihood of applications. When you sponsor a job posting, it remains on selected boards for 30 days, and you can renew it if needed.
Setup and Manage Sponsor Payment
1. Navigate to My Account by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the system.
2. Click on the Accounts tab.
3. Click the link "here" to manage your credit cards.
4. Input your credit card information, and click Save.
- Please note that all credit card information is stored and processed with our partner JobTarget. For information on Jobtarget's security and privacy policy, click here.
- This means that any transactions for job postings through ClearCompany will appear on your card statement as "Jobtarget."

- To delete a payment option, click the trash can icon next to that option to remove it from your account.
- To update a payment option, you will need to delete the payment option and input new information following the steps above.
How to purchase sponsorships for your requisitions
- On the posting page, select the job boards where you want to create sponsored postings by clicking "ADD TO CART." You can always add additional boards later, but please note that you won't be able to disable a posting on one of these boards to receive a refund.
- After selecting the desired boards, click "POST JOB & CHECKOUT" located at the bottom of the page.
- If you've chosen sponsored boards to post to, you may be directed to confirm and provide additional information for these boards on the next screen (see example below). The information requested (such as industry or position type) will depend on the requirements of the job boards.
- Once you’ve entered the requested information, click NEXT.
- Finally, you will confirm your payment. If you haven't set up a credit card yet button will appear to input credit card information that will link to your account for future postings. If you need to use a card that hasn't been added to your account yet or update card details, click the link that reads "Click here to manage your credit cards."
- This is the last step in the process, so make sure everything is in order before clicking "NEXT." You'll also need to read the Terms of Use and agree to the terms and conditions. Once completed, your sponsored postings will be created.
Sponsored Job Boards F.A.Q.
Yes - you can have multiple cards associated with the same account, and you can share the same card information across multiple user accounts.
