Benefits	Description
Don’t miss any candidates in transition.	If you’re going to lose access to your old system before you start using ClearCompany there will be a period of switchover needed. By importing data you can ensure that candidates and jobs that were active in your old system are also active in ClearCompany.
Candidate Pipeline	Use imported candidates to maintain a pipeline of prospects for future positions. Maybe an applicant wasn’t a good fit for the job they applied for but will be a good fit for a future job -- you will have their data within the system to consider them for future positions.
Maintain candidates in one place	No more needing to switch systems to search your candidates. You can search for all your candidates quickly and easily within ClearCompany.
Reference historical job data	When you conclude your contract with your old system, you may lose access to your job and applicant data. This is very risky if you have reporting requirements, adverse action requirements, or any complaints from candidates in the future. Bringing it into the ClearCompany system means you can reference it for any of these circumstances.

What is included?

Kick-Off Call - Scoping	During the Implementation Kick-Off Call, there will be a brief discussion about the breadth of your needed import. Your dedicated Implementation manager will use this information to follow up with a request for the import data.	Week 1 1 Hour Call
Data Delivery	After the Kick-Off call, your Implementation Manager will share the instructions needed for importing your data. This will include a specific format and additional files to align for the import to your account.	Week 1
Alignment	Upon receipt, your Implementation Manager will review the information and connect with any questions that need to be answered for a successful import.	Week 2 30 minute Call
Import into Account	Once all questions are answered and the file if prepped for a successful import, our team will queue this information for Import into your account.	Average Completion time, ~3 weeks
Verification & Completion	Upon completion of the import, your Implementation Manager will connect and verify that the information is where and how you want it.	Week 6 30 minute Call
