Custom forms are online, fillable versions of your existing documents—built by our internal team to work seamlessly in your ClearCompany account. These forms are designed to capture data, signatures, and acknowledgments from new hires without requiring them to download or print anything.
If a prebuilt (or "stock") form doesn’t fit your needs, a custom form ensures The process stays fully digital and personalized to your business.
Custom Form Starting Price
- Pages 1-3: Basic Starting at $100
- Pages 4-6: Standard Starting at $200
- Pages 7-9: Enhanced Starting $300
- Pages 10-50: Price Varies- Starting at $300
Depending on your contract and Implementation service package, some forms may be included in your contract agreement.
