What are the benefits of Performance Readiness?

Benefits Description
Reduce Administrative Effort Because you typically only run performance reviews once (or twice) per year, it can be challenging to relearn and launch a review cycle. We can take the heavy lifting off your plate - allowing you to focus on your competing priorities.
Better Employee Experience By incorporating feedback and lessons learned from not only your previous Performance Reviews but hundreds of other organizations, we help you design an experience that will vastly improve your employee perception of performance reviews.
Increased Completion Rates Performance Review completion rates often show a direct correlation with length of review and quality of content. We will help you design a format and process to improve completion rates.
Establishing Relevant Data

In today’s technology driven world, many jobs look completely different than they did even 5 years ago; but have we evolved our performance reviews to keep up?

Many employees don’t feel that performance reviews are valuable because they feel that the content is not reflective of the work they are actually doing.

Retaining Top Talent Your top performers expect to be highlighted for their unique contributions to the team, and those are often changing. If your performance review is not specifically highlighting these evolving strengths - you could be at risk of losing these people.
