Clients that have purchased the ClearCompany system have the option of purchasing a full or half-day on-site visit. Throughout the visit training and sessions are conducted by the ClearCompany representative to align with the client’s goals for the visit. There will be a scoping session to determine the needs and goals of the on-site and logistics.
Training sessions can be focussed on the system functionality (ATS, Onboarding, Goals, and/or Performance), best practices, and/or philosophy behind an effective talent management strategy (WHO training). Training is customized to your process and needs.
Sessions can be for different audiences such as hiring managers, recruiters, all employees, a certain group of employees, or executives.
Workshop training is a hands-on experience for the learners whereby the trainer will walk them through something and then the trainee will do an action in their ClearCompany account. Part of ClearCompany Professional Services, Contact your ClearCompany Representative for more information.
