Implementation team
Depending on your service level, your implementation may involve one or more of the following roles:
- Implementation Project Manager (IPM/SIPM/PIPM): Owns the overall project plan, monitors timeline and progress, and serves as your primary point of contact during implementation.
- Client Configuration Associate (CCA): Handles configuration and setup of your account, including content creation and custom assets.
- Implementation Project Trainer (IPT): Facilitates training webinars and learning sessions to help your team get up to speed on ClearCompany features.
- Integration Specialist: Manages the setup and testing of any integrations included in your project.

ClearCare Pro is a self-guided implementation designed for small business clients. You'll receive an Implementation Guide with everything you need to configure your account, along with two weeks of access to the ClearCo Setup Team for content creation and account buildout.

What to expect during implementation
Implementation is complete when your account is fully configured with the items in your signed agreement and your team has the resources to use the system independently. To keep your project on track, your organization will be responsible for:
- Providing information needed for account configuration.
- Attending training webinars and completing assigned tasks between calls.
- Completing self-guided learning for administrative management.
- Responding to requests from your implementation team in a timely manner.
- Signing off on implementation upon completion.
GuideCX project management
For ClearCare Pro+, Advanced, and Max, ClearCo uses GuideCX as a shared project management tool to keep all parties aligned on tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Your implementation project will be structured to guide you through setup in the most efficient order, and can be customized with the help of your Implementation Project Manager.
