CSV

A .CSV file serves as a convenient way to consolidate required information in one file. The file can be manually uploaded or entered into a third-party system.

*The ability to upload the CSV file into a third-party system depends on whether or not that system supports this file format for data import.

This a great option if you want to consolidate your new hire data into a single file for your payroll team. The payroll team can key the information in the file into your payroll system. 

This is a manual integration, you are a good fit if you:

  • Have a third-party system that does not accept an SFTP 

  • Do not have the budget for an automated integration

  • Do not have the team internally to support the setup or long-term maintenance

An SFTP serves as an automated way to send data securely to a specified server to synchronize information to a third-party system.

This a great option for you if you want to automate the sending of your new hire data to a third-party system. 

This is an automated integration, you are a good fit if you: 

  • Have a third-party system that can accept an SFTP 

  • Have a team to support the setup and long-term maintenance

Standard Candidate/Requisition Webhook

 

A webhook serves as an automated option to send data securely via an HTTPs call-back protocol when a specific event criteria is met.

With the Standard Webhooks, the fields included are static and cannot be customized.

This a great option for you if you want to alert a third party when a candidate is added, updated, or deleted from ClearCompany and need to understand what data changed.

Custom Webhook- Basic

 

A webhook serves as an automated option to send data securely via an HTTPs call-back protocol when a specific event criteria is met.

The fields included in this webhook are customizable and can be determined by the client. 

Data sources are dependent on the current functionality of the data export tool. 

This a great option for you if you want to alert a third party when a candidate/new hire is moved into a specific workflow, when an onboarding packet reaches 100%, or when all new hire tasks are completed in an onboarding packet.  One Pager

This a package specific for you if you are contracted directly with Modulus for custom integration. 

 

This package includes a webhook or SFTP setup and API Support for Modulus’ Team during the Integration Implementation. This package also includes a dedicated resource from Shared Services to liaise directly with the client, IM, and Modulus.

 

Standard API Access

 

An API is a set of rules and protocols that allow different software applications to communicate and interact with each other.

See below for more information regarding our REST and SOAP API’s.

REST API: Representational State Transfer (REST) is an architectural style used for APIs. A RESTful web application uses secure HTTPs requests to update information (or resources) between a client and our servers.

The request verbs used for our RESTful web services are GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE.

SOAP API: Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) is a messaging protocol used to request and retrieve information. SOAP is OS and programming language agnostic.

The REST API is a good fit for you if you want to retrieve data (GET action in an API) for the following data points:

  • Requisitions

  • Candidates

  • Departments/Offices

  • Custom Fields

  • Hiring Workflows

The SOAP API is a good fit for you if you want access to completed onboarding packets and form data.

A data lake serves as a means of storage for large amounts of raw data, allowing you to create customized reports, dashboards, and widgets, or even merge your ClearCompany data with data from other third-party sources.

This is a great option for you if you need access to all of the data in their ClearComapny System without restriction.

  • Have an analytics team who are familiar with data structure and MySQL coding. 

  • Have a high need for custom reporting 

  • Looking to combine ClearCompany data with data from another one of your systems.

A ClearCompany Implementation Manager will work alongside you to review and optimize workflows, deep dive into underutilized functionality, and provide updated training to users.

Customized consulting for clients who want to revise their annual review cycle or implement advanced performance management features. Performance Readiness is a service aimed at improving the client’s Performance Review experience year over year; incorporating feedback and analysis to make adjustments and ensure a successful, timely review cycle.

This is a good fit for you if you: 

  • The review process is taking too long to complete and you have had a lot of negative feedback from managers/employees.

  • Have a lot of outstanding/incomplete reviews from last year, and want to ensure that doesn’t happen again.

  • Come from a completely paper process and got bare-bones up for round one reviews but now want to “revolutionize” your reviews.

A refresh from last year. Aimed at smaller, less complex clients who just want help refreshing their memory and understanding of the functionality and updating content from last year and testing their new cycle. Does not include strategic coaching or help generating new content. More than Help Center videos but less than a strategic overhaul. Usually SMB clients.

This is a good fit for you if you: 

  • Would like a guided, project approach to launching your reviews this year but don’t need to adjust much of the content.

  • Don't need to change content much but can’t remember how to launch reviews.

Account Cleanup

(Existing customers)

 

An Implementation Manager will review the account setup with the client to help them clear out old information in their ClearCompany account data. The package also includes up to 3 hours of actual data cleanup time from the Implementation Manager Assistant’s team on top of the project management element. Additional hours of data entry can be purchased. Cleanup tasks may include but are not limited to: sorting/re-organizing roles, user/permission audits, removing old templates and adding new ones, closing old requisitions, completing old goals etc.

This is a good fit for you if you: 

  • If you have lots of data that is old/outdated/irrelevant.

  • If you have changed your processes/org structure and a lot of the current data in your account is no longer applicable.

  • Have some time and want to spend it cleaning up things in your account but are unsure where to start/how to do it.

  • Your hiring managers are confused by all the different options they have in your drop-downs.

  • Reports are really hard to read and get value from because there’s so much old data that no longer applies.

Custom Data Walls

(Existing customers)

 

Apply granular controls over content visibility across your organization. Your implementation manager will help you analyze your business structure, design the data walls you need to alleviate data security and visibility concerns. This package also includes and audit and update of your user information.

This is a good fit for you if you: 

  • Have just purchased data walls and want to know how to best set it up

  • Needs data walls but it’s important it’s set up correctly.

  • Hesitant to set up data walls on your own.

Custom Data Walls One Pager

Sandbox Account

This package does not include any content loading or migration of content to live.

 

This service will provide the client with a Sandbox Account that is separate from their Production Account. This will be a place where they can build and test without having any impact on your Production Account. They will keep the account for the lifetime of their contract should they ever need to run tests outside of production.

This is a good fit for you if you: 

  • Do not want to test in your own account.
