Re-Implementation is mostly for existing clients, it includes an Implementation Manager circulating back in to work with you on implementation. The implementation Manager may be taking a new contact in your organization through a standard ClearCompany Implementation, managing phase two of an implementation where you may want to further refine your system or if you want to re-implement for any other reason. The implementation manager would prepare a project plan with timelines and action items to work through and conduct weekly meetings for a set amount of time. Benefits Description

Improve / Update / Fix

This service provides the perfect opportunity to improve, update or fix any configuration and/or processes that are outdated, not used, messy, or just wrong. Receive expert guidance on improvements along the way.

When is it used?

  1. If you have a new recruiter/performance admin/superuser of the system that needs to learn all the details on how to use it and how it’s set up.
  2. If you want to review your configuration of the system at the same time as re-learning/refreshing your understanding of the system.
  3. You hate your whole account and want to start again with the setup and learning of the ClearCompany system.
  4. If you have had a high turnaround and don’t know why your account is set up the way it is.

Implementation Wrap-Up This is where your Implementation Manager says goodbye. They will do a warm handover to your ongoing Customer Success Manager and will ensure alignment as you continue your journey in day-to-day use of the ClearCompany system. 1 hour-long call

Dedicated Implementation Manager

A dedicated Implementation Manager will partner with you throughout the re-implementation. They will assist in guiding you to the learnings and help manage the project for any needed configuration changes. These experts are equipped with best practices in system use with tips and options for configuration and rollout. 

Up to five weeks
Custom Project Plan

Keep on track with a custom Project Plan developed by your Implementation Manager to reach your goals for re-implementation. This plan will help keep the project on time and provide you with learning resources and helpful articles that you will always have access to. 

Ongoing - use it throughout implementation and in the future!
Kick-Off Call In the kick-off call your Implementation Manager will learn your current process, discuss goals for re-implementation and set agreed-upon timelines to work against.  1 hour-long call
Implementation Check-in Calls These calls will be focused on answering questions from you on the training and functionality you’ve learned about, examples of best practices, tips and tricks, and the next steps in the project. Up to 4 hour-long calls over 4 weeks
