People Analytics Overview

ClearInsights Prebuilt Liveboards for People Analytics provide powerful tools to monitor and analyze a diverse workforce, offering insights into critical areas such as gender, racial diversity, compensation, and employee turnover.


Please note:

  • People Analytics Prebuilt Liveboards is an add-on feature.
  • Only users with HR Admin permission will have access to these reports.
  • People Analytics works best with clients who are utilizing the ADP Bi-Directional Connector. If a client is not using ADP, they will need to import Roles and Compensation History in order to get the best and most accurate information.
    • When using the ADP Bi-Directional, most of the information will NOT be editable in ClearCompany.
    • Any role change in ADP is tracked as a promotion; this includes lateral role changes. We only track a change to the Job Title field in ADP, whereas ADP has a separate field, "Job Change Reason Description," that does not flow back into ClearCompany.
    • Employee Status: Any employee who has a status of “On Leave” in ADP will read as “Active” in ClearCompany. 
  • Clients not using ADP should consider the manual uploads that will need to be done monthly for the best information.
