ClearCompany has adjusted our software release schedule to provide you all of our new features once per quarter, with all of the resources you’ll need to make the most out of these amazing new tools and features. This quarter focuses on features that will make your talent acquisition process faster and more efficient. New Text Messaging Tools
- Bulk Texting:
Quickly create and send a text message to a group of candidates in a snap with this powerful new feature. You can even move candidates to a different workflow stage upon sending the text. Talk to your Account Manager about how to add Bulk Texting to your ClearCompany subscription. Read more about Bulk Texting. - Texting Templates:
One of our most requested features, Texting Suite customers can now create templates for common candidate messages. Build, use, and reuse templates for an introductory message, interview reminder, dispositioning message, or any other frequently used communication. These templates can be used with individual or bulk text messages. Learn how to make texting templates.
Recruiting Efficiency and Process Updates
- Cascading Approvals:
Simplify the process for approving requisitions or offer letters by creating approval flows based on your company org chart. Save time on any requisition or offer letter that needs to be approved by three or more people. Learn how to set up this feature. - Head of Office and Interface Updates:
Larger organizations with regional managers can now assign an employee as the location leader using our new Head Of Office field. Your Head of Office can fit seamlessly into a cascading approval flow. And customers of all sizes have an improved Offer Letter Approval interface that matches the style of the Requisition Approval Interface. Read all about it in this article. - Hiring Compliance Guardrails:
Keep hiring teams on track with new options to lock the position description, salary, or approvers on a requisition, or to require recruiters or hiring managers to use a template when creating new requisitions. Learn more about these new options. - Offer Letter Standardized Compensation:
We’ve added two new standard offer letter fields for your convenience - Pay Rate Amount and Pay Rate Type. Learn how to set up offer letter fields in this Help Center article.
LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect New Features
LinkedIn Recruiter subscribers have access to two major enhancements added to ClearCompany’s Recruiter System Connect integration.
- Recommended Matches:
Optimize your sourcing process with an automatically generated stream of recommended candidates for your open requisitions, straight from LinkedIn. Rate the quality of candidate matches, save the best ones to your requisitions, and reach out to them about great opportunities to work for your organization. Read all about it in this article. - Unified Search* (Coming Soon!)
Easily start a candidate search in either ClearCompany or LinkedIn Recruiter and get relevant results from both systems. Leverage the power of your existing candidate database and the world’s largest professional network to find top candidates. *This feature will be available shortly after release. LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect users will get an update when it’s available.
Interview Scheduling Improvements
- Virtual Interview Links:
Set up virtual face-to-face screenings and 1-on-1 interviews in a snap with video conference links that automatically appear in your interview invitations. Simplify the screening process for candidates and interviewers with this integration that supports all major video conference platforms! Read more about setup requirements and steps to take in the Help Center. - Calendar Visualization Update:
We’ve improved our calendar integration by offering an option to have calendar events in “free” status appear as free time to interview schedulers. For clients using our Bulk Calendar Connect Integration, a security setting can be toggled to restrict event information from being shared with our calendar integration partner Cronofy. Talent Acquisition Branding
ClearCompany makes it easier than ever for organizations to support multiple brands, locations, or subsidiaries with tools to show the requested brand name or logo on every form and candidate touch point throughout the recruiting process. Existing ClearCompany customers with multiple brands can choose to continue using their processes, or transition to the new process. Read an overview of the new branding options in the Help Center, and contact your Customer Success Manager if you’d like to discuss using this new feature.
Smaller Enhancements
We’ve added a new field called “Remaining Openings” on the Requisition List page to help you easily track progress on filling multiple positions under one requisition.
Talent Communities users now have a bulk action to send an email with simple Interested/Not Interested response buttons to groups of prospective candidates.
We’ve improved our analytics engine to make your Recruiting Dashboards and Reports load faster than ever!
BONUS: For clients using our Performance, Engagement, and Goals suite, we now offer a standard report on Shoutouts, our peer-to-peer recognition feature.
